Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-in time: From 14:00 (2:00 PM) on the day of arrival.

Check-out time: Before 12:00 (12:00 PM) on the day of departure.

Example: If your reservation is from the 1st to the 5th of the month, you may check in at 14:00 on the 1st, and you must check out before 12:00 PM on the 5th.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Identity Verification

All guests must present a valid ID or passport upon check-in.

A copy may be securely stored as required by local regulations.

Riga Palace hotel is committed to protecting guest information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Hotel Rules & Guest Responsibilities

• The hotel is a place of rest and comfort. Guests are asked to respect the privacy and quiet of others, especially during night hours.
• Pets are not allowed unless specific approval is granted in advance.
• Any damage to hotel property, intentional or accidental, will be charged to the responsible guest.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for loss or damage unless items are deposited in the hotel safe.
• For safety reasons, unregistered visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after certain hours (hotel may define the time).

1. Reservation Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel. After submitting a reservation request, guests will receive a booking confirmation by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

2. Payment Policy

Payment is currently accepted at the hotel during check-in.

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash

The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if payment cannot be completed.

3. Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

The hotel may cancel reservations that:

• contain incorrect contact information
• cannot be confirmed with the guest
• appear fraudulent or suspicious

Guests wishing to cancel their reservation must contact the hotel via email and provide their booking number.

The reservation is considered canceled only after receiving written confirmation from the hotel.

4. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date and does not contact the hotel, the reservation may be marked as a no-show and canceled automatically.

5. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

• providing accurate booking information
• respecting hotel property and rules
• paying for damages caused during their stay

6. Hotel Rights

The hotel reserves the right to:

• refuse service in cases of misconduct
• cancel suspicious or abusive reservations
• modify room assignments when necessary

7. Privacy

Guest information is used only for reservation and communication purposes and will not be shared except where required by law.

For reservations made through travel agencies, tour operators, destination management companies (DMCs), online travel agencies (OTAs), or other third-party booking partners, the respective agency or booking partner is responsible for providing complete and accurate guest reservation details prior to arrival, including:

• Full guest name(s)
• Number of guests
• Check-in and check-out dates
• Room type and occupancy details
• Flight information (if applicable)
• Airport transfer or car service requests
• Tour guide or tourism services
• Breakfast arrangements
• Additional requested services or special requirements
